  • Fed. & State Employee's and Unions are the first to benefit from a Fed. spending, not the man off the street because of nepotism.

  • Federal Spending is one way, but most people who will benefit will be the Unions, who can get the contracts and the State employee's like the DOT's who usually are the ones who hire relatives and friends of employee's first before the man off the street just like the unions.
